Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Technician (HVAC) role located in Newark, NJ. The Senior Technician (HVAC) will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing system issues, and ensuring operational efficiency. The individual in this role will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure all systems function correctly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- EPA refrigerant certificate type 2,3,4/universal required
- Five (5) years’ experience, of which 24 months being as a FedEx technician (HVAC), or 24 months of maintenance experience on similar equipment/systems in a commercial/industrial heating ventilation and air conditioning maintenance technician position.
- Ability to access equipment by crawling, laying, standing and/or climbing at all heights both above and below ground.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
