Pay: $28–$30 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Provide daily care and medication under the direction of an RN or doctor
- Help patients stay safe, comfortable, and healthy
- Assist with appointments, activities, and daily tasks
- Support residents during treatments and therapy
- Communicate clearly with families and care teams
- Help train and guide other staff when needed
- Keep simple medical equipment in working order
- Follow all facility policies and safety procedures
- Join in trainings and team meetings
What You’ll Need
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in Kentucky
- High school diploma or GED
- New graduates welcome
- Able to meet all facility clearance and training requirements
- A kind, helpful attitude and a strong work ethic
Position Contingent upon contract award with an anticipated fall start date
