Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Harrison, AR/Memphis, TN/Dallas,TX/Pittsburgh, PA/Lakeland, FL/Brookfield,WI/Colorado Springs, CO. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage IT learning and development programs to support workforce skill development and capability growth
- Ensure consistent adoption of training programs and learning tools across IT teams
- Track and measure the impact of training initiatives through metrics, feedback and assessments, adjusting programs as needed
- Partner with IT leadership and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions
- Promote best practices for learning, knowledge sharing and professional development across the IT organization
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, information technology, and / or related field or equivalent formal training
- Five (5) years of experience in training, learning and development or talent enablement within technology
- Proven expertise in designing, delivering and evaluating training programs and learning tools
- Experience tracking training effectiveness
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and modern learning technologies
- Strong instructional design and training delivery skills to lead the development effective learning experiences
- Analytical skills to assess training impact and drive improvements based on data
- Communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and promote adoption of learning initiatives
- Some travel required
