This person will possess a strong background in sales, training, and coaching, and will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and management of the training program for The Good Feet Sales team, including an engaging and comprehensive onboarding process.
The role requires a self-starter with an intrapreneurial mindset, capable of leading the training creation and execution process. Strong collaboration, communication, facilitation, and coaching skills are essential for success in this versatile position, which also requires travel and a willingness to adapt to various responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for a professional eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our team and clients.
Location: This position will cover the Delaware Valley or Greater Philadelphia area (we can decide which we prefer, the area surrounding Philadelphia is referred to as both)

- Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the company culture and equipped with the necessary resources to succeed.
- Conduct New Hire Orientation training regularly.
- Support the planning, organization, and development of training curricula, materials, and programs tailored to address specific training needs.
- Provide timely training-related communications and updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with managers, regional managers, and other employees to identify and manage the organization’s training requirements.
- Collaborate with the Head of Performance and Development to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Support training needs associated with the opening of new stores.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, learning and development, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and facilitation.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to effectively train on these concepts.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Willingness to travel and have presence in all stores in the area on a regular basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
