Feline Veterinary Medical Center is looking to fill a full-time receptionist position. The receptionist position plays an integral role in providing excellent customer service to our clients and their beloved pets. Candidates must greet clients, be outgoing, well spoken, and interact with clients and patients in a positive and friendly manner. The candidate must be able to multi-task, must be detailed oriented and have excellent computer skills.
The receptionist’s duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Make appointments
- Answer phones and answer client emails
- Take and check phone messages
- Process transactions
Prior reception/client service experience is preferred.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
College (Preferred)
Job Location:
- Ardsley, NY
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
