The Role
As the Order Entry Specialist, you will process all customer orders received via email and fax into NetSuite in an accurate and timely fashion, assuring customers receive consistent, high levels of service that drive increased loyalty and deeper relationships. You will be a problem-solver to be able to select and find the appropriate parts for each customer order support ESI’s Ergonomic Solutions product line.
We operate in a hybrid work environment that offers two remote days per week.
In This Role, You will…
- Be the primary contact for submission of customer purchase orders into NetSuite and maintain meticulous details of discounts, SPA numbers, Spiffs and Commissions
- Process standard commercial, GSA and government contract orders
- Create SPA numbers in NetSuite for Reps and VP’s
- Revise or cancels orders via customer request
- Contact customers via email on problem purchase orders
- Partner with advocates, ESI departments, and Dealers to assure customers’ expectations are exceeded
- Provide occasional customer service support, including tracking information, acknowledgments, and order status updates.
What You Bring to the Team
- Prior Data and/or Order Entry experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Intermediate knowledge and use of NetSuite, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Products, and Adobe Acrobat
- Basic office skills such as answering the phones, scanning, and use of a copier
