Fellowship Home at Brookside provides an energetic and positive work environment while encouraging our team members to grow in their professional development. Our Resident Care Aides and Certified Medication Aides are responsible for providing quality service to residents and their families, including care management, medication management, quality assurance, and compliance with State HFR standards.
Communication and teamwork with supervisors and other staff from all shifts, receive report regularly to fit resident care needs, including activities of daily living (eating, walking, bathroom assistance/hygiene, etc.) pharmacy, physicians, etc.
Full-time positions are available with multiple shift options, full-time benefits, along with growth within a prosperous company. Onsite training, professional development in a team that becomes family. Salary based on experience.
