Felner Corporation is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the management of several Homeowner Associations in and around the Fairfield County area

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·* Manage all aspects of assigned properties
* Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
* Develop and implement annual operating and capital budgets and compile monthly financial reporting
* Perform site inspections and manage bidding processes
·* Attendance at Board of Director meetings (night meetings) required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate should have strong communication skills, be detailed oriented, and a team player.
* Prior experience in HOA property management and a CMCA designation is required
* Competency with Appfolio software and relevant databases
