We are a thriving OB/GYN practice with locations in Garden City, NY and Massapequa, NY. We are seeking a compassionate, dynamic and vibrant Certified Nurse Practitioner who is looking to make a change in the lives of the women in your care. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, be dedicated, and contribute to our culture of teamwork and collaboration, where we always put the patient first.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct age appropriate assessments of patients, including pap smears, pelvic examinations and breast examinations.
- Secure a complete health history, including obstetric, gynecologic, medical, contraceptive, surgical, sexual and family health.
- Educate patients about disease prevention and detection, and reproductive health.
- Monitor and treat expectant mothers during pregnancy and postpartum care.
- Create an atmosphere of collaboration between providers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Embody a spirit of nurturing, caring, and strive for excellence in every aspect of your position to deliver the highest standard of patient-centric care
Requirements:
- Current NYS license as an NP, national certification preferred.
- Women’s Health Care experience preferred.
- Full Time in-office position with room for advancement and high visibility within the community.
