- Ability and experience to lead a crew
- Ability to manage job doccuments
- Ability to safely drive a truck and a trailer (CDL is a plus)
- fast paced physical labor position
- Use of auger and hole diggers to dig fence holes
- Use of gas powered post driver to drive fence post
- Use of core drill for concrete drilling
- Use of power tools (skill saw, band saw, reciprocating saw, drills, etc..)
- Must be able to carry heavy weight such as concrete and lumber.
- Instillation of multiple types of fencing to include Chain Link, Vinyl, Wood, and Aluminum Fencing.
- Use of company programs to track materials, send job updates, clock in and out, etc..
- Problem solving skills is a must.
- Detail oriented.
This is a full time position.
