Ferco is looking for qualified Packer to join our growing team.
Shipping Packers provide support involving all aspects of material handling, including picking parts, shipping and receiving goods, and storing inventory. The ideal team member will have high energy, likes working in a fast paced environment, and can easily adapt to priority changes. Full-time position available on 1st shift. Work is in a climate controlled manufacturing facility with a friendly environment and a small company feel.

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm with overtime possible daily and Fridays
The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following and possess the following
- Stores incoming finished goods into inventory
- Retrieves parts from inventory for fulfilling sales orders and returns parts to stock after shipment
- Packages and prepares parts for shipment. Verifies accuracy and quality of packaging
- Willingness to learn and grow into future opportunities
- Good work ethic
- Self-starter
- Good attendance
- High School Diploma or GED required
Position Demands
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a daily basis
- Able to bend, twist, turn, carry, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, etc
- Able to stand for prolonged periods
- Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects.

- This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Ferco Aerospace will require proof of status prior to employment.
