Job Title: Lobby Front Desk Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Lobby Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office technologies—particularly Google Workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and route incoming calls using our phone system, maintaining proper phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar efficiently.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Maintain organized and confidential records and files.
- Use Google Workspace for document creation, communication, and scheduling.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and mail handling.
- Verify the intended destination (floor or department) for all walk-in guests.
- Collect and copy visitor IDs for documentation purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and support office operations.
- Will assist departments if needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or clerical role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and other office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable using and learning various computer systems.
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
