Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a privately held commercial real estate organization to locate their next Property Manager.
Location: Charlotte, NC – 100% On-site
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base salary
Schedule: Full-time, office-based with regular on-site property visits

What will your day look like?
- Property Operations & Oversight: Manage daily operations, conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance and vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Tenant & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary tenant contact, enforce lease terms, resolve issues, and maintain strong professional relationships
- Financial & Reporting Support: Manage budgets, review invoices, track expenses, support rent collection, and prepare property performance reports
Who are you?
- Commercial Property Professional: 3 years of experience managing commercial properties with hands-on operational responsibility
- Confident Communicator: Assertive, organized, and proactive in managing tenant and vendor expectations
- Detail-Oriented Operator: Strong financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in property management systems
