Quality Supervisor (Textile / Color /Chemical)

Seeking a Chemist/Quality Supervisor to oversee dyeing and finishing operations, ensuring color consistency, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include supervising dyehouse personnel, troubleshooting dyeing issues, adjusting formulations, managing inventory, and maintaining production schedules. Requires 5 years of trade experience, 3 years in a supervisory role, and strong knowledge of dyeing, finishing, and chemical processes. Must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work in an industrial environment.

Must-Have

✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in trade; 3 years in a supervisory role within dye-house or textile industry.

✔ Degree in Chemistry (Doctorate preferred)

✔ Experience in textile dyeing & finishing

✔ Strong leadership & problem-solving skills

✔ Knowledge of chemical safety regulations

✔ Ability to work in high-temperature environments

DAY TO DAY

• Oversee dyeing, finishing, and lab procedures, ensuring smooth production.
• Adjust dye formulations as needed to meet color standards.
• Maintain inventory of dyes and chemicals and ensure proper usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Supervise personnel and workflow, troubleshooting production issues as they arise.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to promote efficiency.
