Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in-person at events, retail pop-ups, community centers, and promotional sites
- Approach and engage potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Explain product or service features, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately
- Answer customer questions and provide tailored product recommendations based on their needs
- Conduct on-the-spot product demonstrations or service enrollments (as applicable)
- Drive on-site sales or lead generation by converting foot traffic into customers
- Maintain a professional, approachable, and brand-aligned appearance at all times
- Track and report performance metrics, leads, or customer feedback to the marketing team
- Set up and break down event booths or branded materials (light lifting required)
- Stay up to date on current offerings, pricing, and marketing objectives through regular training
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree in marketing, business, or communications is a plus
- Prior experience in promotions, in-person sales, retail, or event marketing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs for event setup
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to event locations as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and available for in-person assignments

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
