We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role is responsible for supervising production staff, monitoring workflow, and maintaining efficient plant operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong floor leader who is comfortable working directly with employees, addressing issues as they arise, and keeping production moving safely and efficiently.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred to effectively communicate with production teams.
What You’ll Do
✅ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred
✅ Experience: 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing, with supervisory experience preferred
✅ Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable
✅ Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Preferred)
✅ Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in a fast-paced environment
✅ Problem-Solving: Ability to make decisions quickly and address production challenges
✅ Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain quality standards and accurate production records
✅ Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a plant environment

- Lead, train, and support production line employees
- Monitor production processes, staffing levels, and workflow to maintain efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, plant policies, and operational standards
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing communication with production teams
- Identify and resolve production issues, downtime, and bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate production reports, shift logs, and documentation
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to support plant performance
- Enforce cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the plant
- Support onboarding and on-the-job training for new employees
