Project Architect

We welcome Project Architect (Architect II) candidates who are eager to take on the following responsibilities and possess the skills and credentials listed below:

Responsibilities:

• Works with the project’s Design and Technical Leads, assists in developing the design, implementing the building program, and preparing project documentation appropriate to each phase
• Prepares presentation materials to communicate design ideas to the client
• Researches manufacturers’ materials and systems
• Understands the technical implications of design decisions and contributes to the development and documentation of practical, buildable details
• Represents the firm well in project meetings and industry events and begins to build a professional network of clients, consultants, and peers

Skills and Credentials:

• 7 – 12 years of experience
• Dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented
• Well-organized and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills and a solid conceptual design aptitude
• Very proficient in Revit Architecture with experience in both preliminary design and construction drawings documentation
• Knowledge of 3-D modeling and rendering in 3-D modeling software
• Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Architectural licensure preferred; candidates on the licensure track may also be considered
