Summary
The Commingle Production Supervisor oversees all aspects of the Commingle department with relation to production, personnel and equipment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Good communication skills.
- Supervise Commingle Production personnel.
- Perform employee evaluations, disciplinary actions and coordinate employee development.
- Ensure that all work produced meets quality standards and client specifications.
- Facilitate a consistently high level of production.
- Undertake additional tasks as seen appropriate by management.
- Works overtime when the production schedule dictates.
- Must be able to lift fifty pounds.
- Endure standing for long periods of time.
Qualifications
The ability to build and lead a team.
- Detail oriented and committed to quality.
- Highly organized and analytical.
- The ability to multi-task within a manufacturing environment.
- Possess proactive problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Previous experience with commingle equipment preferably within a direct mail environment is highly desired.
- The ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.
- Intermediate computer skills within a Microsoft Windows Environment.
