Warehouse Production Associate for Helping Customers Make Cool Things

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Warehouse Production Associates are experts in handling composite materials including Epoxies, Resins, Carbon, Kevlar and Fiberglas. Associates play a key role in delighting our customers. They are responsible for fulfilling orders, usually same day, providing our customers with an exceptional experience in a rewarding team environment.

Note: Being clean shaven and ability to wear a full-face respirator up to 12 hours a week is a requirement of this job.

REPORTS TO:

Warehouse Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• Printing and cutting labels
• Cutting, rolling, and folding fabrics including fiberglass fabrics.
• Working in our pump room dispensing chemicals. Requires wearing a full-face respirator and a clean shaved face.
• Packaging powders and liquids outside the pump room which also requires wearing a full-face respirator.
• Light assembly and shrink wrapping
• Facility maintenance including emptying trash, sweeping floors and ensuring a clean work area
• Stocking shelves, pushing a forklift, loading, and unloading trucks
• Labeling cans
• Mixing color gel coat
• Accurately and timely processing of work tickets and customer orders
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Presenting a professional image at all times to customers other employees and suppliers
• Performing other job-related duties as requested
• Supporting customers and teammates while having fun!

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS INCLUDE:

• Being able to perform and maintain focus in a fast-paced, collaborative, self-driven environment to deliver results
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Physically capable of performing tasks in Production, Fabrics, and Maintenance including tasks that may require lifting and moving heavy items of 51 lbs. independently
• Demonstrate the ability to help drive change through continuous learning and improvement

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Ability to wear a full-face respirator up to 12 hours per week (must be clean shaven)
• Ability to lift 51 pounds
• Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• High School Diploma or GED
