We are currently hiring for an experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our staff. A successful candidate will be required to oversee the daily operations of their team, including monitoring the performance of our Call Center Representatives and providing feedback when necessary. The ideal candidate will be able to monitor their team members' performance and provide constructive feedback, while balancing the needs of our company and our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate and coordinate the work of call center staff, alog with front office staff members.
- Develop a customer service strategy that meets the needs of customers and company policies.
- Train staff on company procedures and policies.
- Facilitate effective communication between company management and customer service representatives.
- Plan work schedules to meet the needs of customers, call center staff, and management.
- Resolve any disputes between customers, the company, or agents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
