What are the responsibilities and job description for the Report Writer System Support position at FICS, Inc.?
FICS® is searching for aneager report writing software system support member to join the FICS® Team to support its customers.
A System Support team member at FICS® is the first in line to provide high-quality software system support and consulting, to help disentangle the mortgage process for our clients. Each communication directly affects the efficiency of our customers’ operations and their success.
System Support team members communicate with customers via phone calls and email in a fast-paced environment, train FICS® customers to use accompanying third-party software to the FICS® mortgage software, perform product webinars and FICS® conference presentations; and are the first in line in the collaborative process of testing the third-party and FICS® software for quality assurance.
What you Bring:
- Strong Microsoft® Excel® skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as an eagerness to learn.
- Bonus (not required): 1-2 years of experience in SAP® Crystal Reports®, SAP® BusinessObjects(TM) BI management, and InfoView scheduling is a plus, but not required.
- Bonus (not required): Technical experience with databases is a plus, but not required.
- A basic understanding of residential loan origination/servicing and/or commercial loan servicing is a plus, though not required.
