Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to become an integral part of our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of financial products, and a passion for delivering outstanding client support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Provide comprehensive information about our investment products and services.
Organize and process client paperwork in coordination with our back office and Fidelity.
Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the financial industry.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
