CORPORATE PROJECT MANAGER
The candidate for this position will provide project management oversight and resource coordination for all corporate projects in order to ensure adherence to timelines and successful project completion. Involves working with resources across the organization to gain buy in to a project, assign and manage resources and coordinate timelines and schedules to ensure ultimate success. The candidate will work with all divisions within the Bank as necessary in order to identify technology needs, recommend innovative and proven technology solutions, and create efficient operations through the use of technology. The candidate for this position will establish and maintain relationships with vendors in order to support the project management and oversight of technology in the organization that supports the strategic objectives of the bank. Tasks include project planning, design, execution and monitoring, building and maintaining interpersonal relationships with vendors, and managing internal and external service level agreements to ensure satisfactory service is received.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree in a business administration, computer science or a related field (may be waived in lieu of experience), and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Five years of supervisory experience, banking related experience and regulation and operation procedures experience preferred. Excellent customer service, written and oral communications technical, interpersonal and analytical skills as well as experience with critical system environments is required.
