Job Description:
Fidelity Brokerage Technology is seeking a dynamic individual with a consistent record of collaborating with business partners, understanding both business and systems requirements. This individual will work closely with business partners, technology teams and outside vendors to ensure the stability of both Production and Non-Production environments for a suite of vendor desktop applications and Robotic Process Automations. The individual will participate in a Monday through Friday / 8 am to 5 pm shift coverage and on call rotations.

This individual will work closely with business partners, technology teams and outside vendors to ensure the stability of both Production and Non-Production environments for a suite of vendor desktop applications and Robotic Process Automations. The Role
- Monitor queue of incoming Incident and Service Requests submitted by our business partners
- Research user issues, troubleshoot and work through to resolution
- Ongoing maintenance of Production Support knowledge articles related to the support of the desktop suite of applications
- Monitor the Blue Prism Control Room for Robotic Process Automations to ensure stability and continuous availability of approximately 35 bot processes
- Team player providing support in an ever-changing Production Support environment
- Work closely with outside vendor on TLM, application version upgrades and various other technology requests
- Download msi packages, update configurations based on requirements, install new application versions
- Perform smoke testing of new application versions
- Prepare packaging documentation and work closely with Desktop Application Support Team and EI for approval of new application versions
- Coordinate with business partners on user acceptance testing, pilot and full roll out of new versions of the various desktop applications
- Participate in special projects requiring technology support as needed
The Expertise and Skills you bring
- Experience or knowledge of Incident, Service Desk Operations, Change and Problem Management policies
- Experience with ServiceNow, SCCM, and Application Installer tools
- Experience providing desktop support, research and troubleshooting issues
- Ability to raise issues to appropriate groups, follow through and track to problem resolution and restoration of service
- Experience in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Working knowledge for Windows OS and configurations
- Knowledge of Financial Services is a plus
- Knowledge of the SS&C suite of desktop applications is a plus
- Knowledge of Blue Prism software and use with Robotic Process Automations (bots) a plus
- Knowledge working in an Agile or Kanban environment
- Knowledge or experience with Jira, Jira Align and Confluence
- Willingness to learn new things
