- Develop and update marketing and engagement collateral utilized across multiple channels.
- Refresh and maintain existing communications to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Manage compliance review processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on projects with diverse marketing deliverables.
- Support campaign execution and project tracking to ensure timely delivery.
The Expertise and Skills you Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment across multiple teams, and some level of independence to take initiative to move projects forward.
- “Get it Done” attitude – having the grit and determination with a positive demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus.
