What You’ll Be Doing
As an Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Executive Search team by mapping out the market and identifying key talent.
You will:
- Research & Identify: Major players in investment banking, hedge funds, and private equity, mapping out organizational structures and identifying key decision-makers.
- Build Talent Pools: Create pools of candidates by gathering critical data on their roles, skills, and career trajectories.
- Analyze Competitors: Study firms to understand hiring trends, employee turnover, and compensation benchmarks.
- Develop Reports: Compile detailed reports to provide insights to the senior consultants, outlining potential candidates, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
