GENERAL FUNCTION Serve as administrative officer on investment management, individual retirement and custody accounts with $1MM- $5MM in investable assets Work with Private Bank Team to handle all aspects of client administration Work with Private Bank Team to identify fiduciary opportunities to transition the relationship to the Trust Advisor Work with Private Bank Team to be an expert in Individual Retirement Accounts both Traditional and ROTH Service 250 households comprised of approximately 600 accounts ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Client Service: - Frequent direct communication with clients- email and phone communication - Receive direct and indirect client requests - Resolve client service issue - Complaint resolution - Documentation requirements Coordinate with Middle Office on: Account Opening, Cash transactions, and Asset transfers Sales and Service Activity: Actively participate in Life 360 and CRM to ensure overall Private Bank team is aware of client situation MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; or Minimum 3 years of client service experience Professional communication skills Knowledge of investment management account types, basic, estate planning principles and financial planning Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task Strong client experience skills internally and externally, Ability to work in team environment IM&T Client Service Officer LOCATION -- Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 Fifth Third Bank, National Association is proud to have an engaged and inclusive culture and to promote and ensure equal employment opportunity in all employment decisions regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, military status, veteran status or any other legally protected status.
