Job Description: Overnight Service Supervisor
Position Overview:
The Overnight Service Supervisor will lead FiltaClean and FiltaFry service jobs, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality service, and adherence to proper safety practices. This role involves supervising overnight service technicians and helping them troubleshoot and problem solve issues that may come up throughout their route. The Overnight Service Supervisor will spend most of their time at either FiltaClean job sites or at Gillette stadium for FiltaFry jobs. If no FiltaClean or Gillette Stadium service jobs are scheduled, this person will join technicians on their overnight FiltaFry routes to ensure cleaning and safety standards are upheld. This person will also help with training new hires, re-training current team members as needed and ensure all SOPs are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise the FiltaClean and FiltaFry Service Technicians during overnight shifts.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of all duties.
- Work with management to keep technicians motivated, and continue to foster a positive work environment and culture.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Service Operations:
- Supervise fryer management services, including oil filtration, fryer cleaning, and oil recycling.
- Answer all calls and text messages from overnight FiltaClean and FiltaFry Service Technicians to troubleshoot and problem solve as issues arise.
- Most troubleshooting you’ll help the technicians with will be remote. Occasionally, it’ll require you to drive to where they are.
- Ensure efficient execution of commercial kitchen cleaning services, including kitchen cleaning of equipment and appliances, floors, walls, ceilings, walk-in fridges/freezers and drains.
- Maintain clean walk-in fridges/freezers with FiltaCool and clean drains with FiltaDrain.
- Conduct inspections of Service Technician’s work to ensure their service meets cleaning standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all Federal, State and Filta safety standards are upkept.
- Keep inventory of supplies and equipment and have items ordered as needed.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Maintain clear communication with Service Technicians and management to ensure service operations run smoothly.
- Report safety issues or operational challenges to management promptly.
- Communicate with customers regarding delays or rescheduling needs.
- Have a thorough understanding of our business lines to be able to upsell to our customers.
- Help upkeep the positive culture being built.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in team supervision or management in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment (preferably in commercial kitchen).
- Knowledge of fryer management processes and commercial kitchen cleaning techniques is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs., stand for long periods, and bend.

Compensation:
