What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Collaborate with product, design, and technology leaders to manage and prioritize the backlog of work
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Conduct acceptance testing and provide feedback to development teams throughout the sprint
Lead the creation of product release plans and ensure they meet quality standards and customer needs
Analyze market trends and product performance to inform future development and improvements
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor's Degree or comparable qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a product owner, customer support, project management, or related function
Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence
Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
