Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls, e-mails, website, and social media profiles
  • Coordinate requests between clients and home office
  • Process forms and transactions, and document interactions
  • Schedule and confirm meetings, calls, and events
  • Complete projects

Qualifications

  • Administrative experience required
  • Some college preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication necessary
  • Capitalist mindset wanted
  • Reliable attendance in office needed
  • The on-site hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM, with a paid lunch from 12 : 30 PM to 1 : 00 PM.
