Join Our Credit Union Team as a Teller in Downtown Dallas!
Are you someone who thrives on delivering top-notch customer service with a smile? Our Credit Union in Downtown Dallas is searching for a friendly, and accurate Teller who’s ready to make a difference for our members—both in person and over the phone.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to member transactions, ensuring that every interaction is smooth and satisfying. You'll also play a key role in supporting our Call Center, making sure our members' calls are answered promptly and efficiently. Plus, you’ll collaborate with various departments and take on special tasks to keep our operations running seamlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling teller transactions at the counter with precision and speed.
- Processing incoming mail transactions and posting them to the appropriate accounts.
- Answering calls with a helpful and cheerful attitude, and assisting the Call Center when needed.
- Helping balance the Branch ATM and cash vault, ensuring everything is in order.
- Stepping in to order supplies when the Call Center Supervisor is unavailable.
- Assisting members with account adjustments, address changes, and more.
- Managing ticket inventory and handling maintenance requests for Visa Check Cards.
- Processing and reordering checks, mailing overdraft notices, and handling ACH and check stop payments.
- Completing ACH origination forms and providing backup support to other branches when needed.
- Taking on any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of one year of related experience.

What We Offer:
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 4:30 PM—No weekends!
- Compensation: $18-19/hr annual bonus
