WELDING INSTRUCTOR
Department: Training and Education
Reports To: Training and Education Director
Classification: Exempt

Status: Full-Time

GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
Teaches the basic principles and concepts of vocational skills to students. Ensures rigor and relevance of subjects taught. Collaborates with academic instructors in the delivery of applied academics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: NCCER Instructor Certification
Experience: Experience in construction and training
Days/Hours: Monday – Friday; 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Description:
- Must be able to work with students from ages 16-24
- Prepare Lesson Plans and Instruct Material Handling Students
- Evaluate Student Progress
- Model, Mentor, and Monitor Career Success Standards
- Must be a Team Player and have good Communication Skills
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATIONS:
NCCER Certification
A valid Driver License is required.
