An established commercial real estate company in Downtown Columbia is seeking a Proposal and Marketing Specialist to support their regional teams by designing detailed proposals, managing social media platforms, and updating website content. Candidates must have strong Adobe InDesign and copywriting skills as well as excellent attention to detail and time management. This direct-hire position is onsite 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms
- Update website listings, announcements, articles, etc.
- Design and publish proposals, presentations, and correspondence
- Prepare content for projects through conducting in-depth market research
- Create new proposals in response to specific RFP guidelines
- Organize and utilize branded template database
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications or Journalism
- 3 years of proposal or technical copywriting experience
- Excellent design skills in Adobe InDesign
- Strong knowledge of Business English and Composition
- Precise attention to detail
