We are seeking a professional AutoCAD Drafter for a manufacturing company in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in AutoCAD.
Job Description:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop accurate and precise technical drawings.
- Commit to producing a quality product for customers
- Review and analyze specifications, sketches, and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, architectural drafting, and possess mechanical intuition
- Assist in the preparation of design documentation, including bills of materials and technical reports.
- Read and understand architectural documents, including the ability to determine the millwork scope requirements
- Perform quality checks on completed drawings to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of all drafting projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field (Preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Especially Microsoft Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation/Hours:
- $24 - $27 hourly (Depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday - Hours are 8am - 5pm
