Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shop Employee to join our team here at Fine Line Doors. In this role you will be responsible for various tasks that include , maintaining an organized and clean workspace, using machinery to hang doors, using a forklift to unload trucks and put away material, and assisting in deliveries. This position requires individuals who exhibit a strong work ethic, are able to communicate effectively, and possess a keen eye for detail. Our ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while exhibiting a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additionally, they should be adaptable and willing to collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, ensuring that all products are put away
- Using a forklift to unload trucks.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves
- Using a door machine.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals
- Assisting in material deliveries
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
