Finger Lakes Dental Care is looking for a full-time Regional Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who will be a leader to all of our Office Managers and ensure each location is running smoothly.
Expected outcomes:
- Understand the basics of dentistry.
- Support and train office managers
- Be competent using Open Dental Software.
- Understand all scorecard numbers.
- Lead bi-weekly level 10 Office Manager meetings.
- Understand all monthly accounting reports.
- Fully understand all software used by all administrative roles in every office.
- Complete all Office Manager 1 on 1 reviews.
- Help raise and maintain 20% profitability in each office.

Monday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
