What are the responsibilities and job description for the Management / Team Leader position at Finger-Paynter Resale LLC?
General Managers and/or Assistant Managers are required to work 40-43 hours per week and able to stand 6 to 8 hours per shift.
You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversees 25 to 50 employees
- Meets or exceeds financial goals and keeps controllable expenses with the guidelines established
- Supervise and manage inventory/merchandise
- Recruit and hire staff/associates for your store.
- Keeping employee turnover to a minimum
- Execute store promotion and sales within the set time frame
- Ensures security measures are being practiced by the staff/associates understands & enforces procedures regarding shoplifting, scammers and employee theft.
Qualifications:
- Management Experience in Retail preferred
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
- Computer skills - basic understanding of emails, spreadsheets, and word documents
- Sales driven, goal oriented, and honest
