We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Account Supervisor to join our growing, highly entrepreneurial team with a one-of-a-kind pharma industry specialized opportunity. You will have a chance to work within the multicultural space focused on Hispanic and African American markets.

This role requires extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You’ll be responsible for providing leadership in account management, including day-to-day account activities and strategic guidance to clients. You must have a solid understanding of all things digital. And, we’ll require you to work with other agency account leaders to facilitate optimal client service and a quality experience.

Primary responsibilities:

· Focus on the US Hispanic and African American markets

· Support our key pharmaceutical account(s) with main focus on consumer, digital and DTC marketing strategies and tactics, as well as HCP stakeholders

· Managing junior team members/direct reports over time

· Accountability for scope management across assigned clients

· Leading the annual brand planning process for assigned strategic accounts

· Managing day to day client facing activity to ensure client needs are being met and developing client relationship(s)

· Managing cross functional teams internally, such as creative, digital, editorial, production teams, as well as across agency partners

· Project managing across a large number of deliverables and timelines

· Providing oversight for the material review and approval process, regulatory, legal, medical, across the marketing mix

Experience and Skills Needed:

· Bachelor's Degree

· Rx category account management experience with primary focus on consumer promotion including digital and traditional parts of the marketing mix

· Past success in leading internal agency teams, such as creative, production, digital, and other functions, in the creative development of TV campaigns, Social Campaigns, Videos, Websites, Banners, CRM (emails/SMS), and other advertising tactics.

· Past experience within the Rx category in navigating through legal, regulatory, medical submission and approval process

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills with high proficiency in power point strategic presentations

· Fluency in Spanish language

· Past experience is multicultural marketing is a plus

· Social media experience is a plus

· Strong project management abilities

Pharmaceutical Rx Category account experience is required.

This position is largely remote with occasional travel required.
