Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be a high-functioning professional with strong organizational skills, capable of managing a diverse range of tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires assertiveness, attention to detail, creative problem solving, social perceptiveness, and the ability to implement and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously to support the success of a fast-paced, growing business.
Requirements
- 2 years successful office management or comparable experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, as well as the ability to learn new systems and procedures.
- Leadership skills to efficiently run the day-to-day operations of an office.
- Ability to independently make decisions based upon facts and best practices.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
- Familiarity with human resources management practices, as well as business and management principles.
- A positive attitude.
- Ability to compose and present comprehensive forms, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborative approach with consideration for diversity.
- Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing needs.
