Cultivate Counseling and Consulting is pleased to announce that we are expanding our private practice and are interested in hiring a licensed mental health provider at our Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, location. We are interested in qualified candidates that are licensed, and/or able to practice independently without supervision, (LPC, LPCC, LISW, IMFT). We provide virtual and in-person sessions. Priority will be given to applicants with interest and experience in couples therapy and child/adolescent therapy. We provide all scheduling, billing, and marketing support, as we want to ensure the focus is on client service and not administrative duties.

Pay: $35-$72/hour

- Active license in the state of Ohio
- At least 1 year of experience in the field
- Perform individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, or other therapy within the scope of practice
- Promote oneself and the practice within the community
- Maintain documentation congruent with managed care standards
- Refer clients, or family members to community resources or to specialists, as necessary
- Passion for a positive approach toward client care/commitment to the highest level of quality client customer service
- Minimum availability of 15 hours per week (can be a combination of days, evenings, and weekends)
- Referrals and client caseload
