What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Fitness Manager position at FIRE Fitness Camp Packerland?
The GFM position within FIRE is a position for a very organized and energetic
person. Someone very sharp in their communication and well-polished in client
relations is crucial. Must be extremely goal and sales oriented. Below are some of
the daily tasks, expectations and skills needed of the General Fitness Manager.
- Responsible for the entire facility and its well-being
- In charge of overseeing operations and coaches
- Cleaning on a daily basis
- Scheduling new prospects and existing clients services
- Scheduling coaching staff
- Responsible for acute and effective communication of new prospects
- MUST BE SALES ORIENTED
- Handling client accounts of all kinds
- Top level customer service skills in order to achieve satisfied clients
- High level computer and software knowledge and skills
- Microsoft word proficient
- Be on-call to conducting FIRE boot camp sessions when needed
- FOLLOW a proven system with prepared dialogue
Pay
Salary plus commission with a HEAVY emphasis on commission. Monthly
bonuses.
A normal day for a GFM may consist of checking and responding to
emails/messages from home and arriving at work at 9am. Taking a half hour lunch
break and leaving when they get done with their tasks around 6pm.
Monday-Thursday. Most of our managers leave after the Noon camp on Friday
unless they have an appointment later in the day. Saturdays by appointment.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
