Job Title: Nursery Sales Associate
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to thrive in a dynamic outdoor work enviroment. Previous sales and retail experience is preferred, but no required as on-the-job training will be provided
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with selecting plants, gardening supplies, and other nursery/landscaping products.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Restock and organize inventory, ensuring the retail areas and property are clean and visually appealing.
Maintain plants by watering, pruning, and monitoring for pests or diseases.
Work both independently and collaboratively with the team to meet daily goals.
Adapt to varying tasks and outdoor weather conditions.
Requirements:
Previous sales or retail experience is highly preferred but not required.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and job tasks.
Capability to lift and move plants, pottery, and other heavy items as needed.
A team player with the ability to work independently when required.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
