Job Overview
Fireplace & Chimney Authority is seeking a motivated and dependable Part-Time Telemarketer to support our Air Duct Cleaning division. This in-office role focuses on outbound calls to schedule air duct cleaning appointments. Days and hours are flexible based on availability and business needs, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to residential customers using provided call lists
- Explain air duct cleaning services and current promotions
- Schedule qualified appointments for air duct cleaning technicians
- Accurately document call outcomes and customer information
- Meet booking and performance goals
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident phone presence
Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Telemarketing or sales experience preferred (training provided)
Compensation
- $16/hour
