Summary: Work with customers and mortgage staff throughout entire mortgage loan process.
Responsibilities: Prepare, review and submit loan documentation for approval; verify income & employment information and enter information into the loan software.
Requirements: Customer service oriented and working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
Experience: Mortgage Lending environment preferred.
Location: Artesia, or Las Cruces, NM
Must be able to pass a credit, background and reference check.
