Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Tortilla Maker located in Melbourne, FL. The Tortilla Maker is responsible for preparing tortilla dough, operating equipment to press and cook tortillas, and ensuring quality control throughout the production process. Other daily tasks include maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, monitoring ingredient supplies, and assisting with packaging and preparation for shipping or local delivery. Attention to efficiency, safety, and product consistency is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation, dough handling, or baking
- Ability to operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance
- Understanding of food safety standards and cleanliness practices in a food production setting
