REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience utilizing Fiserv Premier applications in a deposit operations role.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that maintenance of existing and new accounts is prompt, thorough, and routine.
- Keying entry of domestic and international wires.
- Correspond with appropriate bank personnel as required and document action taken.
- Provide customer support with online banking and debit card inquiries.
- Develop and maintain procedures manual for duties performed.
- Assist with common online banking issues such as: lock outs, password resets, browser navigation, etc.
- Monitor reports and verify transactions as assigned.
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
