Day To Day Primary Functions
- Work 1:1 with client in independent and group classroom settings
- Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills
- Provide ABA therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors
- Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive treatment outcomes
- Read and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner
- BA degree in Psychology, Social Work or Education required
- 1 year experience working with children
- Previous experience working with disabilities preferred
- Comfortable with using technology for daily documentation
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Willingness to accept and implement practical feedback
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and run during shift
