Key Responsibilities
- Support life insurance premium financing arrangements from issuance through annual renewal
- Manage annual premium financing renewals, including coordination of new premium payments
- Work closely with lenders and internal partners to ensure collateral requirements are met and maintained
- Track policy anniversaries, renewal timelines, and financing obligations
- Partner with another internal team member to monitor and secure collateral documentation
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for internal sales partners regarding policy and financing status
- Maintain organized, accurate records related to policies, financing terms, and renewals
- Proactively identify upcoming renewal needs and ensure timely execution
Ideal Background
- Experience in life insurance operations, premium financing, policy administration, or insurance brokerage support
- Strong understanding of life insurance policy structures and annual renewal cycles
- Familiarity with premium finance concepts, lenders, and collateral (or strong ability to learn quickly)
