What You’ll Do
- As a Business Broker, you will guide business owners through the process of selling their businesses—from valuation to closing deals. Your role includes:
- Consulting & Selling: Advise business owners on how to position and sell their businesses successfully.
- Market & Financial Analysis: Evaluate businesses, conduct financial assessments, and assist in setting competitive prices.
- Client Coaching & Deal Management: Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction.
- Networking & Lead Generation: Build relationships with business owners, buyers, and referral partners to create long-term success.

What We’re Looking For
- We seek driven professionals who:
- ✔ Have 2 years of experience in sales, business ownership, finance, commercial real estate, B2B sales, or similar fields.
- ✔ Are comfortable with commission-based earnings and can sustain themselves financially for at least 6-8 months.
- ✔ Have strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- ✔ Can analyze financial statements (P&L, cash flow, balance sheets, etc.).
- ✔ Have an entrepreneurial mindset and can generate their own leads.
