Working for a prestigious Real Estate Management Firm. (weekends) Saturdays & Sundays 11-5.
Answering calls, greet walk-ins in a professional manner
Direct service work order requests to the appropriate maintenance staff or outside
contractors for resolution.
Send out correspondence memos and letters to cooperators.
Follow-up and follow-through work orders: with vendors, technicians, cooperators and co-op
staff.
Prepare pre-move out and final inspection documentations.
Daily key log sheet.
